Binx
First BornOur sweet boy Binx is 9 years old and loves getting attention, when he wants it of course. Ryan adopted Binx from the SPCA in Whangārei and they have been inseperable ever since. Binx definately earns his keep by catching the rats on our property and gets very jealous of his new siblings!
Adventurers
Girl GangFrom left to right - Rasputia, Butter, Helen, Ginger, Babs and Pip are our curious Orpingtons who love going on adventures each day around the property. They are about 7 months old now and have their own unique personalities. They’re funny to watch sometimes with their antics and now that Rasputia, Helen and Pip and one of the gingers have started laying, we need to think of some eggcellent recipes on what to do with all the eggs!
Lawn mowers
GroundskeepersFrom left to right - 6 month olds, Elderberry, Viola, Etana and Maude are our trusty grounds keepers in the back paddock. Etana and Maude are Babydolls, Elderberry and Viola are mix breed. As is their nature, Etana and Maude are very friendly and love getting scratches from us, while Elderberry and Viola are a bit more shy. They’ll all come running to you though if if you’ve got the red bucket with sheep nuts!
